How to delete your account

This page applies to Vibora, the real-time nightlife app by Vibora Pulse COM LLC, available on Google Play and the App Store.

Option 1 — in the app (recommended):

1. Open the Vibora app and sign in.
2. Go to the Account tab.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion is immediate and permanent — it cannot be undone.

Option 2 — by email: email hello@viborapulse.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We process these requests within 30 days.

What data is deleted, and what is kept

• Deleted: your profile (name, email, username, and photo), your sign-in identity, your preferences and interests, your friend connections, your stored location, your vibe reports and status updates, and any linked social media connections.
• Kept temporarily: encrypted backups, which are automatically purged within 30 days of deletion.
• Kept: aggregated, anonymized data (for example, a venue’s overall activity counts) that no longer identifies you, and records we are legally required to retain (for example, transaction records), for as long as the applicable law requires.
